Iowa Governor's Special Non-Resident Deer Tag
Guarantee yourself a coveted Iowa Whitetail tag!
The buyer of the special nonresident deer license can choose the season they would like to hunt (Archery, Gun 1, Gun 2 or Late Muzzleloader) and can choose to use it this year or hold it over to the following year’s deer season. These licenses can be used statewide so they do not need to indicate a specific zone. Additionally, the buyer of the license can choose to issue the license to another nonresident hunter. Hunting seasons and dates can be found at www.iowadnr.gov/Hunting. The winning bidder is required to pay the normal cost of a nonresident deer license and small game/habitat fee directly to the Iowa DNR.
50% of the proceeds from this auction will go back to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to help conservation efforts in that state. The other 50% goes to the Des Moines River Valley Chapter of Serve Outdoors, an organization dedicated to providing outdoor experiences for people with disabilities.
Serve Outdoors is a 501c3 organization.
